Clemmons United Methodist Church

Clemmons United Methodist Church (membership 1800) is looking for a permanent part-time ORGANIST/PIANIST.  Christian applicants should excel in a wide range of musical styles, have the ability to play with rhythmic integrity, sight read, transpose, harmonize, and embellish musical scores.  AGO certification, BA or MA in music preferred but not mandatory.  Organ is a 2007 Allen Q385 Renaissance Quantum 3 manual with MIDI capabilities.  Position reports to the Director of Music.  Sunday services are at 8:40am and 10:55am, rehearsals are routinely on Wednesdays at 7:00pm, though there will be some additional vocal and instrumental practices and performances.  Submit resume and contact information via e-mail to office@clemmonsumc.org or by mail to Clemmons United Methodist Church, Post Office Box 829, Clemmons, NC 27012, Attention: Kathy Cook.  Telephone inquiries should be directed to Waynette Adamczak at (336) 766-6375, ext. 22.  Deadline for application is July 1, 2010.
